    Team Sleep Or Die
For fucks sake, the new Team Sleep album is so unbeliveably fucking raw. This is the epitome of just not giving a fuck when making an album- its so fucking laid back. I'll admit- alot of the songs dont even have substance to them, nor are they even catchy- but they do, however, just sound so fucking cool; whatever they lack in substance, they make up with style.

What strikes me the fucking most about this album are the fucking song names- cos they are probably the most capitale song titles ever compiled onto an album, no doubt. My two favorites are "Paris Arm" and "11/11" Honestly, I would probably kill people for song names like that.

I was really fucking disappointed that "Mercedes" and "Iceache" werent on the album. If those two songs were on it, they could have charged me $50 for the CD and I still would have purchased it.

Anyways, Team Sleep makes me proud to be a fucking American. Chino has redeemed himself immensely & Zach Hill is the devil incarnate on the drums.

My favorite songs on the album at the moment:
    1. Ever (Foreign Flag)
    2. Blvd Nights
    3. King Diamond

Lay back in the cut fuckers.

    Someone Fucking Save Me
I seriously think I am insane. I have disorders upon fucking disorders, Im pretty sure of it. Let's break it down:

    1. A.D.D.
    2. Dyslexia
    3. Slight Autism
    4. Bi-Polar Syndrome
    5. Ambedextrous

And these are only the physiological disorders I have- its not even counting the psychological ones. Im probably the first person in history to have all these in combination with one another. Someone give me a fucking award, dammit.

    My Fuck
I am going insane. I need to be heavily sedated. I believe this has everything to do with the fact Im slowly becoming left-handed, and I fucking hate it. And the fact that the new Coldplay song sucks doesnt help things at all either.

Liam Gallagher needs to be the next James Bond.

    Noteworthy Rants
    1. Im reading 'Twenty Years After', the sequal to 'The Three Musketeers' and book number two in The D'Artagnan Romances and it is absolutely fucking beautiful. The book is literally a drug, no question about it. The more I read it, the less I wish to engage in reality. My fuck is it good.

    2. I have replaced the word "fuck" in everything I formerly took the Lord's name in vain with. That is why I say things like "for fux sake", "my fuck", and "thank fuck"

    3. Im considering going vegitarian for a little bit just to experience what its like, and how it affects me. Contrary to what my sister may believe, being a vegitarian doesnt mean youre gay. Cos there's no way Id like to experience what being gay is like. No offense intended to any fags that may read this.

    4. In efforts to boost my self-esteem, I tried to see what exactly Im good at. And Ive determined that I have an impecable ability to forget. That is my most noteworthy virtue: being able to forget. People who try to forget things cant forget things as easily as I do without exerting any effort whatsoever. Im a fucking professional; a born natural.

Something odd has happend today, but I can see how it has happend: I dont care about music at all anymore. Wow, I cant believe that Im the one you'd hear that from. I dont even care to play it any longer either. Maybe Im just a pansy who doesnt want to be judged by the music he makes, or whatever the case may be, I just dont care anymore. Ive heard it all. I just dont care. The songs Ive made and have come to love: I hate them too now. Theyve lost their magic for some reason. All music has lost its magic to me, even Radiohead. Its not stimulating to my mind any longer.

The only fucking things that pique my interest are Alexandre Dumas novels, and Sherlock Holmes stories. I dont give a fuck about anything else anymore.

And after all of this, I can still probably change my mind into something completely opposite, probably within two days...Im so fucking volitile, I kill myself.

    Innuendo And Out The Other

The song 'Banquet' by a band called Bloc Party is proof that Britain can make anything sound good.

    Here is a simple illustration:

[A shitty music genre: dance/punk rock]
    + [A homo-erotic band name: Bloc Party]
+ [A black dude singing in a dance/punk rock band, which is highly highly untypical]
    = Foolishness

But things happen to differ considerably once you throw the Britain variable into the equation:

[A shitty music genre: dance/punk rock]
+ [A shitty band name: Bloc Party]
+ [A black dude singing in a dance/punk rock band, which is highly highly untypical]
    = Foolishness
+ [Music was made in Britain, by British people]
    = Quality Music

You dont have to take my word that Britain can produce quality music, put your faith in mathematics.
Download the song by clicking this link, and scolling down to 'Bloc Party' and while there, download the song 'Engine Driver' by The Decemberists as well.

    The Molesters Among Us

In light of this Michael Jackson trial, I have to question how much our legal system actually cares about implementing justice upon pedophiles. Here's my point: how many of Catholic priests accussed of molesting alter boys went to court, or even went to prison? All of the alleged victims got out of court settlements, and I doubt a priest faced jail time, just relocation to a different church.

Anyways, I think this whole Michael Jackson thing is blown the fuck out of proportion. The media is probably just focusing all their attention on this event, to subliminally convince the public that a profile for a pedophile is someone who looks rather strange (like Michael Jackson), and not the priest at your local church. This negative spectacle is totally diverting all attention away from the countless number of pedophile preists.

If you were to take the news footage of ALL the cases involving priest pedophelia, it would still only amount to a fraction of the total news coverage of this Michael Jackson trial. And now that the Pope just died, it has completely romanticized Catholicism. All these events such as the Pope dying, and this Michael Jackson pedophilia case, seem just too coincidental to me, thus increasing the chances that these events were actually indeed calculated to a degree, to divert any negative attention from the Catholic church.

    Attesting to the Facts

I hate doing this, but some0ne has to. Here is a list attesting to the reasons why I believe the new Oasis & Coldplay albums will be close to shit. I so hope Im wrong, because if Im wrong, everyone ends up winning. Ive only listened to one Oasis song and none of Coldplay. This is a pure objective analysis, based on observations of their track records...

    Coldplay, "X & Y"
    1. They probably dont do drugs
    2. 'A Rush...' was too studio enhanced, to overcompensate for the lack of quality in the songs
    3. Ive created a maxim that I firmly believe in, that 'you are only as good as your are live', and I feel that Coldplay is horrible live.
    4. Chris Martin married Gweneth Pawltrow. This displays a severe lack of taste on Chris Martain's part, because Gweneth Pawltrow went out with every Hollywood "It-guy" from Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, Brad Pitt, etc. She was only with them when they were "the big thing", and when they werent any more, she moved on to greener pastures, most likely because she's a shallow bitch. Many interviewers have refferred to Gweneth Pawltrow as "The Ice Queen" because she comes off so cold in interviewers. Nicknames like that arent given, theyre earned. If Chris Martin cant see this, maybe he cant see how much the new Coldplay sucks too.
    5. Coldplay sampled a beat for the song "What If." Another personal maxim of mine is 'when you either sample/cover a song, your creativity ceases completely.' Youre pretty much over. Look at every band that has put a cover/sample as an official release: Limp Bizkit, Orgy, Vanilla Ice, Sixpence None the Richer, Britney Spears...the list is endless...

    Oasis, "Dont Believe the Truth"
    1. They do too many drugs
    2. More specifically, theyve done too much coke. No one- NO ONE can c0ntinue to make quality music after doing so much cocaine. Its just not possible.
    3. Noel Gallahger likes the band Franz Ferdinand, even though I think that band is fucking homo-erotic. But fine, he's entitled to his opinion. The conflict arises when Noel Gallahger also says he likes the new songs Oasis has made. If he likes Franz Ferdinand, I can no longer trust his judgement when he says he likes the new Oasis songs, because they may just be on par with Franz Ferdinand songs in my book.
    4. I heard their first single titled "Lyla", off their new album and I wasnt impressed.

I hate myself for talking shit like this, but I couldnt live with myself if I didnt call it before the albums were released...Happy listening to all.

    Among the Ranks

In the past couple weeks, two things have happend that have been quite inspirational in my little world...

    1. The Release of Bloodsimple's Album, 'A Cruel World'
This is truley the sickest, most raw fucking music made since the last Vision of Disorder album. I dont even really listen to metal music, but no one can deny the potency of Bloodsimple's style and substance. This is as real and heavy as music can get- and it aint none of that commercialized bullshit played on the radio, or any of that goth foolishness. For the longest time I felt like I never belonged, but now I feel I have found my sense of belonging once again with Tim Williams. This is most likely the the best album America has made in no one knows how long...

    2. Sin City, the movie
This is another composition of amazing artwork, via film. It is visual Spectacle at its finest. I saw it on a really crappy screen which had mediocore sound, yet the film still blew me away. While trying to recollect the film, I felt as if I was intoxicated by some drug while watching it- but the thing is, is that I wasnt- the movie was just that good.

    News About News
Ive had it with the news. Its so depressing. It just reminds me of how fucked up and stupid people in the world can be. Im sick of it of hearing about these idiots.

In the news, there always is:
    1. A controversy or scandel about some shallow and overrated celebrity

    2. Some outrageous new study published about whats wrong with normal peoples' lifestyles

    3. How fat everyone is

    4. How someone stupidly killed themselves

    5. How someone neglected their children

    6. How some political leader/party is facing opposition

    7. A rundown of the latest developments of last night's popular reality television series

These are the seven most common themes in the news that make up about 98% of all news reported. And as you can tell, this is not news. You have to be a complete idiot to actually care about these things.

What kills me, is that even if there is no news worth reporting, the news anchors will keep the same intensity when they report total bullshit. When they talked about John Kerry going hunting for geese during the Presidential election, or when they talked about the huge tsunami that killed like 500,000 people- they talked about it with the same intensity in their face and voice. They need to fucking lighten up, and stop trying to subliminally convince people that John Kerry shooting a goose is as important as 500,000 people dying.

Half the time, complete articles arent even neccessary when a simple title of an article will suffice. Like "Poll: Americans Dont Get Enough Sleep", or "John Kerry Goes Hunting, Kills Goose." That is really all that needs to be said about the matter. Stop killing so many trees.

In Conclusion: Dont read the news, its a waste of time.

    Things Situated and Not

    1. Ive started working out again, and I feel like Im a masochist since I like the feeling of being soar. And because I ask my sister to punch me where Im soar. Because I kinda like the feeling. Of being hurt....okay, I think I have confirmed my suspicion.

    2. Mother Nature is bi-polar

    3. If I can still remember my locker combination after spring break, that means spring break wasnt long enough

    4. On the Metra train today, I heard someone use the word "gay" to describe something they didnt like. For a moment, I felt that I wasnt immature for using the word "gay" so much, to describe things in the same context. But that moment soon passed after I realized that the person who said it was 13 years old.

    5. Ive started reading a book called Against Nature by Joris-Karl Huysmans. Its a bit scary how similar myself and the main character, Des Esseintes, are. As I was researching some information about the book and the author, I discovered that this title is a cult classic. And I just bought it because of its cover.

    6. I stumbled upon a live clip of a My Vitriol instrumental on their official site. I have never been more serious in my life when I say that you have to download it. It is fucking beautiful.

    Download it here.

This song has a riff that resembles a Thursday song called Autobiography of a Nation, but My Vitriol used a similar riff structure on their first album Finelines, in a song called The Gentle Art of Choking, which was released before Thursday's album Full Collapse- so My Vitriol would have stumbled upon the riff in a matter of time anyway. Plus, theyve made the song incredibly fucking potent, so they are forgiven. Be sure to listen to it about 8x in a row for its full effect.

    Winter Days Drifting Away

Download this live version of the song 'Under the Wheels' by My Vitriol

I had no idea My Vitriol sounds this great live. If they dont tour in the U.S. to support their upcoming album, I will fly to London for the sole purpose of going to one of their shows. And I'll catch a South show while Im at it. I think Im on to something here...

It Has Happend: I Have Gone Insane
Nothing can no longer disturb me. I have seen it all. Nothing can surprise me.

The only beauty in this world is how randomness takes a controlled form in and of itself, by itself. And this controlled form of randomness is essentially what life is.

I have seen it all; and can imagine all that I havent. Possibility is a drug.
